Nominations will open to the public via an online platform and close one month before the Annual Cybersecurity Indaba. An independent panel of experts from industry, academia, government, and civil society will evaluate nominees based on relevance, impact, innovation, and scalability. Entries will be shortlisted and judged by a diverse, independent panel of experts from academia, government, industry and civil society. Criteria include impact, innovation, replicability, scalability, inclusivity, and alignment with national cybersecurity priorities.
How do you qualify for a SACA nomination?
- Must be active in cybersecurity for at least 1 year
- Provide 3 references
- Organisation must be registered
- Individuals must hold a recognised certification or qualification
